It is built fully in Dynamics CDM which means that the vast majority of functionality is built leveraging the core Dynamics CRM technology (as either new entities of major adaptations of existing entities).

This ensures a fully native MS Dynamics CRM look and feel. The list gives an overview of the central functions in CDM Optimize Pharma, which are centered on stand Dynamics CRM Products, Activities and Contacts/Accounts.

This is done in the form of both new entities as well as adaptations of existing entities: Institution, Contact Person, Activities and Appointments, Pre-Call Activity/Objectives, Products and Product Hierarchy, Activity Plan/Sales Cycle, User Context, Activity View, My Shortlist, Planning Center with real web components, Contacts Without Appointments, Appointment Map, Activity View Last/Next Appointment, new CRM calendar, new charts that do not require license and a new CDM grid.
