Dear user of Instant CDM,

You must accept the terms of the Service Agreement before you can use your Dynamics CRM solution.

By submitting the request for access to Instant CDM, or any other Service hosted by CDM, and/or by using the solution, you implicitly accept the Terms of Service Agreement", and understand that you are binding your company to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service Agreement. You hereby certify that you have the authority to do so. You understand that if you do not agree to the Terms of Service Agreement in its entirety, you should not submit a request for access to Instant CDM, or any other Service hosted by CDM, and/or use the solution.
