CDM Finance for Microsoft CRM

CDM’s many years of experience in the industry are implemented in MS CRM for Dynamics - based standard application for the Finance. This application handles industry specific tasks within sales and marketing for both B2B and B2C markets. Standard module incorporates three main features which support the following processes:

• Recruitment of new customers
• Keeping the existing customers
• Winning the lost customers
