CDM Optimize Pharma is a CRM-solution tailor-made for the Life Science Industry, extending and focusing the functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to the specific needs of the Life Science industry. The solution embodies 10+ years of experience with Life Science CRM that CDM has attained with customers such as AstraZeneca, MSD and Nutricia.

CDM Optimize Pharma is supplemented with the CDM Optimize Event Manager which is another ISV Module for Dynamics CRM. It is used as an organizer for the supplementary training and academic activities carried out by Pharmaceutical companies.
